Welcome to the Falcons Of Majlis website (the “Site”), operated by [Production Company Name] (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and all related content, services, and features.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Show: Falcons Of Majlis, a televised competitive platform where Entrepreneurs pitch business ventures to Falcons.
  • Producers: The legal entity/entities producing and operating the Show.
  • Falcon(s): Selected investors, mentors, and industry experts featured on the Show.
  • Entrepreneur(s): Individuals or teams applying to or participating in the Show to present their business ventures.
  • User: Any person using the Site, including Entrepreneurs, Falcons, or general visitors.
  • Content: All text, images, audio, video, data, and other materials on or submitted through the Site.

2. PURPOSE OF THE SITE

The Site is designed to:

  • Provide official information about the Show’s mission, format, and schedule.
  • Facilitate applications from Entrepreneurs.
  • Introduce selected Falcons and their profiles.
  • Share news, updates, and press releases.
  • Enable communications between Users and Producers.

3. NATURE OF THE SHOW

3.1 Concept
The Show is a high-stakes competitive platform where Entrepreneurs present business ventures to Falcons, who may, at their discretion, offer equity investments, strategic mentorship, or other forms of non-debt collaboration.

3.2 Catalyst for Growth
The Show aims to foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic growth in the region and beyond.

3.3 Strict Prohibition on Debt Financing
Falcons are expressly prohibited from offering, proposing, or facilitating any debt financing, loans, or credit arrangements as part of their participation in the Show. All forms of investment or collaboration must be non-debt in nature (e.g., equity, partnership, mentorship).

4. USER ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years old, or if you are under 18, you must be accompanied by your legal guardian to use the Site and participate in any application process.


• By using the Site, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

5. USER ACCOUNTS AND SUBMISSIONS

5.1 Account Registration
Some features may require creating an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5.2 Applications and Submissions
By submitting applications, business plans, pitch decks, ideas, media, or personal data, you grant the Producers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

  • Use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, perform, broadcast, adapt, modify, edit, and otherwise exploit such submissions for purposes related to the Show or promotional use, in any media now known or developed in the future.

5.3 No Obligation of Confidentiality
You understand and agree:

  • The Producers do not guarantee confidentiality of submissions.
  • You are responsible for protecting your own intellectual property before submitting materials.

6. SELECTION OF TITANS AND ENTREPRENEURS

6.1 Falcons

  • Falcons are chosen based on demonstrated commercial acumen, investment history, industry leadership, and alignment with the Show’s mission.
  • Participation is subject to separate agreements with Producers.

6.2 Entrepreneurs

  • Entrepreneurs are selected at the sole discretion of the Producers based on application materials, interviews, and other criteria.
  • Selection does not guarantee participation in the Show or any investment offer.

7. RULES OF PARTICIPATION

7.1 No Guarantee of Investment
Participation in the Show does not guarantee:

  • Any investment offer.
  • Any partnership, mentorship, or commercial success.

7.2 Independent Negotiations

  • Any negotiation or agreement between Falcons and Entrepreneurs is independent.
  • The Producers are not party to, responsible for, or liable in connection with such agreements.

7.3 Prohibition on Debt Offers

  • Falcons may not extend or propose any debt financing, loan arrangement, credit facility, or other debt instrument on the Show.

7.4 Editorial Control

  • Producers retain full editorial control over all aspects of the Show, including filming, editing, and distribution.
  • Participation grants the Producers the unrestricted right to record, edit, and broadcast your participation in any manner.

8. RIGHTS TO RECORD, USE, AND BROADCAST

8.1 Consent to Recording
By applying to or participating in the Show, you irrevocably consent to:

  • Audio and video recording of your image, voice, and likeness.
  • Use of your name, likeness, biography, business materials, and pitch content.

8.2 Broad License to Producers
You grant the Producers, affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

  • Edit, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, broadcast, publish, adapt, modify, and otherwise exploit any recordings or submissions, in whole or in part, in any media, for any purpose, including commercial, promotional, and archival use.

8.3 No Right of Approval or Compensation

  • You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of your recorded content.
  • No further payment, royalty, or consideration is owed for such use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. WAIVER OF CLAIMS RELATING TO USE OF CONTENT

You waive and release the Producers, their affiliates, and the Falcons from all claims, demands, and liabilities arising from:

  • Use, reproduction, editing, broadcast, publication, or distribution of your recordings or submissions.
  • Alleged violations of privacy, publicity, moral rights, or defamation in connection with such use.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE SITE

10.1 Ownership
All content on the Site is owned by the Producers or licensed by third parties and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Permitted Use
You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Site content without prior written consent.

11. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Upload or distribute harmful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or unauthorized content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Interfere with Site functionality or security.

12. NO GUARANTEES OF SHOW PRODUCTION OR BROADCAST

  • The Producers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Show or any part of the application process at any time without liability.
  • There is no guarantee the Show will be produced, aired, or continue beyond any season or episode.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 General Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Producers nor the Falcons shall be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
  • Personal injury or property damage related to the Site or participation in the Show.

13.2 Cap on Liability
If liability is found despite these exclusions, the total liability of the Producers and Falcons shall not exceed AED 365 or the amount paid by you (if any) to use the Site or participate in the Show.

13.3 Independent Role of Falcons
Falcons act as independent investors and mentors. The Producers do not endorse or guarantee any investment or arrangement between Falcons and Entrepreneurs.

14. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Producers, Falcons, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Site.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your submissions or participation in the Show.
  • Your participation in the show in any manner whatsoever.
  • Any agreements you enter with Falcons.

15. RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGAINST TITANS

You expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

  • Independent Status
    The Falcons participate on the Show as independent investors and mentors selected for their commercial expertise and industry reputation. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Producers.
  • Independent Negotiations
    Any discussions, negotiations, or agreements you may have with a Falcon occur independently of the Producers. The Producers do not endorse, warrant, supervise, or guarantee any investment or commercial arrangement proposed by a Falcon.
  • Waiver of Claims
    You irrevocably release and waive any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action against the Producers, the Show, and the Falcons for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, damages, costs, or liabilities of any kind arising from:
    • Your participation in the Show.Any negotiations, discussions, or agreements you may enter into with a Falcon.Any investment or mentorship offered (or not offered).
    • Any advice, commentary, mentorship, or feedback provided by a Falcon, whether given during recorded segments, off-air discussions, or private negotiations.
  • Use of Terms and Tone in Discussions
    You specifically acknowledge that discussions on the Show may involve direct, critical, or commercially hard-nosed questioning and feedback. You waive any claims related to the use of language, tone, expressions, or terminology by a Falcon that you may find harsh, critical, offensive, or insulting, whether in formal negotiations or during Show recordings.
  • Public Exposure and Reputational Impact
    You further acknowledge that participation in the Show inherently involves being filmed, broadcast, and exposed to a public audience. You voluntarily assume all risks of such public exposure, including risks of public criticism, reputational impact, and the dissemination of any statements, opinions, or characterizations made about you or your business by Falcons, Producers, or other participants.

16. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand and accept that:

  • Participation in a public competition involves risks, including public exposure, reputational impact, and potential commercial loss.
  • You voluntarily assume all such risks.
  • You are solely responsible for obtaining legal or business advice before disclosing

17. RIGHTS TO RECORD, USE, AND BROADCAST CONTENT

17.1 Consent to Recording
By applying to or participating in the Show, you irrevocably consent to:

  • Audio and video recording of your image, voice, and likeness.
  • Use of your business pitch, name, likeness, biography, and any related content submitted or recorded in connection with the Show.

17.2 Broad License to Producers
You grant the Producers, their affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

  • Edit, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, broadcast, display, perform, publish, and otherwise exploit any such recordings or submissions, in whole or in part, in any manner and in any media now known or developed in the future, including but not limited to television, streaming, internet, social media, print, and promotional materials.

17.3 No Obligation to Use
The Producers have no obligation to use or broadcast any recording or content.

17.4 No Approval Rights
You waive any right to inspect or approve any use of the content or recordings.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

The Producers and Falcons shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, or technical failures.

19. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

20. COOKIES

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. By using the Site, you consent to such use.

21. NO WARRANTIES

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Producers disclaim all warranties, including:
